Retired postal worker hits top prize on $40 ticket
Todd P. of Colorado Springs won the $40,000 top prize on his 40th Anniversary Celebration Scratch ticket! Todd, who has been playing various Scratch games for the past 20 years, stopped for a soda when he picked up his winning ticket. When he scratched off his winner, he thought it “couldn’t be true”. Todd is a retired postal worker and decided not to share how he will spend his giant check - but we’re sure he’ll put it to good use! Congratulations and thanks for playing, Todd!
