Juan C. scratches off $20,000 top prize on $2 Monopoly ticket!

Juan C. of Center won the $20,000 top prize on his $2 Monopoly 20X Scratch ticket! Juan, who is a farm laborer, says he plays the Lottery weekly but this is by far his biggest win. When he scratched off his winning ticket, his first reaction was to tell his wife and children. Juan says he will use his winnings to fix the roof on their home. Way to go, Juan! Congratulations to the entire family.
