Lakewood retiree celebrates biggest win yet with a well-deserved vacation
John S. of Lakewood won $13,000 on his Lucky 13 Scratch ticket! John is retired and says he has enjoyed playing various Lottery games for the past 35 years but this is his biggest win yet. He actually walked into the Lottery Claims center thinking he had won $5,000, so he was very pleasantly surprised to receive his big check for more than twice that!
