Pueblo West winner shoots for Mega Millions jackpot, wins Scratch prize instead
Jennifer W. of Pueblo West won the $10,000 top prize on her Monopoly 10X Scratch ticket! Jennifer, who works in higher education, says she plays the lottery occasionally, but she’d only won $2 before this big win! She said, “When I play, I usually play Scratch tickets. This time, I bought a Mega Millions ticket (for the big jackpot run) and had an extra $2, so I bought two $1 tickets.” When she scratched her winning ticket, she thought she didn’t understand the rules and tried not to get excited! Jennifer says she will use her prize to help her buy a new car. Funny how things work out sometimes - congratulations, Jennifer!
Jennifer purchased her $1 ticket at Purcell Blvd Liquor, 198 S. Purcell Blvd., Pueblo West.
