Oakwood winner in shock at big win
Jamison L. of Oakwood won $50,020 on his Mega Millions ticket! Jamison chose his winning numbers with Quick Pick and matched 4 out of 5 numbers. Jamison, who works in telecommunications and travel, says he has played the lottery daily for 10 years and this is his biggest win. When he saw he won, he says he, “did a double take and it didn’t feel real.” He says he will use his winnings for medical bills and housing costs. Congratulations, Jamison!
Jamison purchased his winning ticket at Players Cafe at 2045 Sheridan Blvd. in Edgewater. The Mega Millions jackpot is estimated at $450 million for the Friday, July 7 drawing!
