Wellington winner has big Valentine’s Day plans for winnings
Jacob F. of Wellington won $100,000 on his Best Chance To Win $100,000 Scratch ticket! He purchased his $10 winning ticket at the Loaf ‘N Jug in Wellington. Jacob was waiting for an appointment when he scratched off his big winner. His first reaction? “Valentine’s Day is gonna be fun.” Jacob owns a painting and construction company and says he will also put a big chunk of his winnings toward building his family’s home.
