I smell the aroma of roasting chiles in the air. It must be the end of summer signaling it's time for the annual Chile & Frijoles Festival. Oh yeah, baby! In addition to stocking up on your favorite roasted chiles and pinto beans, the event features music, arts and crafts, and cooking competitions (yum). And, you can purchase your favorite Lottery games, too.
