1. Claim winners between $5 and $99 at any Colorado Lottery retailer. Redemption hours may vary by retailer. Or mail the signed ticket with your name and address to the Colorado Lottery, PO Box 7, Pueblo, CO 81002-0007 for payment by mail.
2. Claim $500 winners at any participating retailer. (Retailers have the option to cash winning tickets up to $599.) Or mail the signed ticket with your name and address to the Lottery at the address above. Or take the ticket to the Lottery office nearest you.
3. Claim $999, $5,000, $9,999 and $50,000 winners by mailing the signed ticket and completed claim form (available at all Lottery retailers) to the address above. Or take the ticket to the Lottery office nearest you.

Neon 9s Rules

1. You must be at least 18 years old to buy a ticket. Tickets may be purchased as gifts for people under 18 years old.
2. All prizes must be claimed within 180 days after the announced end of the game.
3. All prize claims are subject to validation and rules and regulations of the Colorado Lottery.                                   
4. Availability of prizes subject to prior sale.                                    
5. Federal and State laws require a minimum 29% tax withholding on individual winnings over $5,000.  Social Security Number required for payment of prizes $600 or more to U.S. citizens.                 
6. Tickets cost $5 each.

Enter your non-cash-winning 4s Galore, Amazing 7s or Neon 9s Colorado Lottery Scratch ticket for a second chance to win.
One prize of $2,000, $5,000 or $10,000 will be awarded to the individual whose qualifying entry is selected.  The amount of the prize will be determined based upon the game ticket selected as shown:
Game 480 – 4s Galore = $2,000
Game 420 – Amazing 7s = $5,000
Game 781 – Neon 9s = $10,000
To participate, enter the 22-digit number on the front of your ticket on the Colorado Lottery's website.  Entries must be received by 12:00 p.m. (noon) two days prior to the drawing.
The drawing will occur approximately 60 days after the announced game start date.
Odds of winning are dependent upon the number of entries received.
