Just follow these simple steps to play Lotto:
- Ask any Lotto retailer for a Quick Pick, or pick up a play slip and mark your 6 lucky numbers between 1 and 42.
- Lotto Drawings are conducted every Wednesday and Saturday at approximately 7:35 p.m. in Pueblo, CO. Lotto tickets will be sold until 11:59 p.m. with sales starting at 4:30 a.m. the following morning on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday.
- Each play costs $1.
What Can I Win?
The Lotto jackpot usually starts at about $1.0 million annuity value and increases after each drawing when no ticket matches all 6 numbers drawn. The amount the jackpot increases depends upon the amount of sales between drawings. Prizes are also awarded for matching 3, 4, or 5 of 6 numbers. Upon presentation of a 6 of 6 winning ticket at the Lottery offices, Jackpot winners have the option of choosing Cash Value, which equals 50% of the annuity value and is paid in one lump sum, or the Annuity option which is paid in 25 annual installments. The first annuity payment is 2.5% of the jackpot share. Following payments increase 3.7% each year until the entire amount is paid.
Other Ways to Play
