Utah retiree pays off big bills
Dennis R. of St. George, Utah won the $40,000 top prize on his 40th Anniversary Scratch ticket! Dennis picked up his $40 winning ticket when he stopped for gas and coffee at Love's Travel Stop at 100 E. Cardinal Way in Parachute. Dennis, who is retired, says he will use his winnings to pay bills. Congrats, Dennis!
